The company "Magnetic and Cryoelectronic Systems Ltd."
(Group AMT&C) produces
different types of equipments for measurement of magnetothermal
properties of magnetic materials.
Such equipments presently include set ups for investigation magnetocaloric
effect, heat capacity and magnetoconductivity.
For example, we fabricate set up for quick direct measurement
magnetocaloric effect in a range of fixed magnetic fields from 0,1
to 1,5-2 T and temperature
interval from 77 to 550 K. This set up uses specially created novel
source
of fixed magnetic field on the basis of Halbach cylinder. The investigation
of magnetocaloric effect occurs at vertical movement
of sample. During determinatoin of one value of a change of the temperature
the set up conducts three measurements of temperature at following positions
of sample:
position "outside" (H=0)
position "inside" (H=H0)
position "outside" (H=0)
On the order we produce any magnetocaloric equipment for direct MCE investigations
under applied magnetic field up to 10 Tesla and temperature range 4,2 - 550
K.
